On June 10, 2022, the strategic cooperation agreement between Beijing SinoHy Energy Co., Ltd. (“SinoHy Energy”) and China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. (“TCC”) was formally signed in the form of cloud signing. The two parties will jointly develop the total solution for large-scale water electrolysis hydrogen generation, especially off-grid green power hydrogen generation. The signing ceremony was held in Tianjin, Weifang, Shandong Province and Beijing respectively. General Manager Wang Dejun and Deputy General Manager Wang Peng of SinoHy Energy, Chief Engineer Lin Binbin of TCC and other management members from both parties attended this cloud signing ceremony.
