In the afternoon of October 26th, SinoHy Energy, Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. and UDS United Digital Group held a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation and the launch of SinoHy Energy PLM project, which integrates modern lean production with the latest information technology, automation technology, network communication, big data, cloud computing and other technologies. SinoHy Energy will change the concept of traditional industrial production, optimize and improve the product development, manufacturing and service of the plant, and create the first digital factory in the hydrogen production industry.

The construction of SinoHy Energy’s digital factory will be based on big data analysis through the industrial Internet, which will enable the management and monitoring of personnel, equipment, materials, production processes, and the entire production process, with the aim of achieving high-quality, efficient, low-consumption, flexible production, improving turnover, eliminating manual production process bottlenecks, and increasing production capacity, thus establishing a smart factory based on industrial big data and “Internet+”.
