The containerized alkaline water electrolysis equipment and supporting system designed and manufactured by Beijing SinoHy Energy Co., Ltd. were successfully delivered to China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd.
The whole set of hydrogen generation equipment is made in a container type, and all the equipment is installed in a special container. The hydrogen generation equipment adopts SinoHy Energy’s patented technology, which can effectively improve the quality of hydrogen output and reduce the cost and energy consumption of hydrogen generation. At the same time, it is also characterised by high integration, high automation, small size and small footprint, realising fully automatic control and real-time communication, process monitoring and other functions.
The complete set of system equipment will be used in the demonstration project of the Zero Carbon Distributed Intelligent Energy Centre in Yulin Science and Innovation City, Shaanxi Province. The demonstration project converts hydrogen produced by electrolysis of water into electrical and thermal energy through the chemical reaction of the hydrogen fuel cell system, and then its conversion into cold energy, which, together with the heat (cold) water storage facilities, will supply the building with daily electricity, summer cooling and winter heating, thus achieving zero carbon cycle and zero carbon emission.
