On the morning of October 8, 2021, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement and the inauguration ceremony of the hydrogen production and energy storage equipment division between SinoHy Energy and AUYAN was successfully completed. The two sides will cooperate to promote the development of hydrogen energy industry and hydrogen energy technology innovation to help achieve the national goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutral”.
Jiang Jungang, Standing Committee Member of Zhucheng Municipal Committee and Minister of United Front Work, Wang Dejun, Chairman of SinoHy Energy, and his team, Su Wei, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of AUYAN and senior and middle-level staff attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, both parties will take the field of hydrogen production equipment as the base point, play their respective advantages and carry out all-round and deep-level cooperation. Around the link of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation and addition, they will carry out research and development, manufacture and sales of hydrogen energy equipment, and promote the rapid development of hydrogen energy industry in an orderly manner.
The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will innovate the cooperation mode of both parties, based on the principle of “mutual benefit and win-win”, strictly abide by the content of the agreement, actively fulfill the agreed obligations, and make full use of the strategic commitment to bring out the greatest advantages of both parties and achieve mutual benefit and win-win.
