Beijing SinoHy Energy Co., Ltd, a Beijing-based electrolyser manufacturer and hydrogen energy solutions provider, has inked an export deal for the delivery of an alkaline water electrolyser with a capacity of 60 Nm3/h with a Spanish photovoltaic firm.
The electrolyser will be used to test and pilot renewable energy + water electrolysis in the context of providing green hydrogen energy to end users in accordance with the Spanish government’s goal. It is a demonstration project of environmental protection and the use of green energy.
This alkaline water electrolyser has a hydrogen purity of 99.999 percent, a dew point of -70°C, and excellent load flexibility. It is fully automated and unattended by PLC + touch screen, with system real-time online monitoring of hydrogen and oxygen purity. This feature not only improves the equipment’s service life, but also cuts maintenance and replacement costs significantly. Electrolysers, frames (including drying and purification), cooling systems, control cabinets, rectifier cabinets, distribution cabinets, transformers, analysis instruments, spare parts, and other items are included in the equipment. The equipment complies with all CE requirements, and its stack is a bipolar pressure filter plate frame structure with a specific sealing structure and materials that ensures no leakage during long-term operation. Each piece of equipment is meticulously designed, selected, and processed to ensure that it meets or exceeds the needs of its users. Before leaving the plant, the electrolyser will be constructed. It has an integrated frame construction that makes transportation and installation on site a breeze. On-site installation supervision and commissioning services are provided by SinoHy Energy.
Water electrolysis has a wide range of applications. It can be used for power plant cooling, metal processing, float glass manufacture, chemical industry, semiconductor production, and other applications to enable industrial decarbonization and energy savings.
